1. Training Participation & Attendance
- Full attendance and active participation are required for successful course completion and issuance of certificates.
- Late arrivals, early departures, or failure to participate may result in non-completion and forfeiture of certification.
- Participants are responsible for meeting all course requirements.
2. In-Person Training & Class Size
- In-person courses are subject to minimum enrollment requirements.
- GPS Safety Training reserves the right to reschedule or consolidate classes if minimum participation thresholds are not met.
- Training may be conducted at the client’s location, a suitable facility in the client’s area, or at an approved training venue.
3. Emergencies & Individual Rescheduling
- GPS Safety Training understands that emergencies may arise.
- Requests for rescheduling due to medical or personal emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
In-Person Training
- Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled course start time to be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the course start time, or failure to attend, may result in forfeiture of fees.
Online Training
- Online courses provide immediate access upon enrollment.
- Online course fees are non-refundable once access to training materials has been granted.
Provider Cancellations
- GPS Safety Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to low enrollment, instructor availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, participants will be offered a rescheduled date or refund.
5. Certification & Compliance
- Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of course requirements.
- GPS Safety Training does not guarantee regulatory approval or job-site acceptance beyond the scope of the training provided.
- It is the responsibility of the employer and participant to ensure training meets applicable regulatory and site-specific requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
- GPS Safety Training is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during or after training.
- Training is provided for educational purposes and does not replace employer safety programs, job hazard analyses, or site-specific safety plans.
7. Changes to Terms
- GPS Safety Training reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Updated terms will be posted on the website and apply to future enrollments.
